By using the UofA BSc Degree Planner (Unofficial), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

2. Service Scope

This planner is provided as a proprietary frontend planning tool for general academic planning support. It does not replace official academic advising.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with site operations, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected functionality, or use the planner for unlawful purposes.

4. User Submissions (Feedback and Community Plans)

If you submit content through linked Google Forms, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant the site owner permission to review, edit, and publish selected submissions on this website.

5. Proprietary Rights and Redistribution

The UofA BSc Degree Planner (Unofficial), including its content, design, and source code, is proprietary to the creator and protected by copyright law. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the source code or materials without prior written permission

6. Limitation of Liability

The planner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for academic, technical, financial, or other losses resulting from use of or inability to use this tool.

7. Donations

Donation links, if provided, are optional and do not grant users ownership rights, license rights, or guaranteed service availability.

8. Service Changes or Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the planner, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
